I'm Christine, an experienced licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher, sound healer, and artist. I graduated from the Swedish Institute in New York City and am currently pursuing a PhD in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, based in the southwest, Arizona.
At Light Body Yoga, I offer a variety of traditional massage therapies, eastern therapies, and subtle energy healing.
Whether you're looking for group or private 1-1 sessions, I provide yoga classes and workshops that cater to your needs. My offerings include Kundalini, Vinyasa, Dharma yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mantra kirtan classes. You can join these sessions live-streamed on Zoom or in person.

BIOGRAPHY
Christine Cáceres, also known by her spiritual name Taran Inder Kaur, has been immersed in the practice and teaching of yoga for over 12 years, with a personal practice spanning 14 years. Her journey began at Yoga to the People in St. Marks Place, New York, where she completed her initial 200hr power vinyasa training. Intrigued by Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, she pursued further training, completing the 220hr level 1 certification and Level 3 21 stages of meditation certification under mentors Sat Jivan Kaur and Sat Jivan Singh at Kundalini Yoga East, where she previously served on the teaching staff. A devoted student and teacher of Sri Dharma Mittra at the Dharma Yoga Center NYC, she holds certifications including 500hr LOAY certified DYRT and 700hr Dharma Yoga teacher training. Christine's journey also led her to study, practice, and teach at the Dharma Yoga Center New York, and she served as a representative for Yogi Prakash from Nepal at the Shanti Yoga Ashram Tantra yoga. Her profound experiences with Dharma and Kundalini yoga have deeply influenced her personal growth, healing, and transformation. Passionate about guiding others on their path to wellness and happiness, she is dedicated to sharing the teachings of Kundalini yoga and Sri Dharma Mittra’s yoga lineage. As a lifelong professional singer and musician, Christine now offers private sessions and sound healing using 432hz meditative tongue drum and mantra. Additionally, she provides therapeutic healing bodywork and is a licensed massage therapist in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Arizona, certified in manual lymphatic drainage, shiatsu, yoga neuromuscular release technique, and Reiki energy healing.
